KMM Holdings builds AI-native products that give small and mid-size businesses access to C-suite capabilities they've never been able to afford — at consumer prices, delivered in days.
KMM Holdings was founded by Tim McVicker — a business operator, not a developer. His background: 15 years in HR and operations as a CEO Advisor, Interim CHRO, and Executive HR Consultant. Named Forty Under 40 in South Carolina in 2012. Franchise operator in Charleston since 2020.
In early 2026, he founded KMM Holdings with a single conviction: the tools had changed. A non-technical founder could now build products that previously required a full engineering team — and build them well. In under 12 months, KMM went from concept to five live, interconnected AI products generating real revenue.
No outside funding. No development team. No waiting for permission. That's not an accident — it's the thesis in practice.
KMM Holdings is now building the team that takes these products to scale. The founder builds the vision. The builders own the execution. The products — and the upside — belong to everyone who makes them grow.
Small businesses deserve the same quality of execution as Fortune 500 companies. AI has made that possible. KMM Holdings builds the products that deliver it.
KMM is looking for 1–5 builders — developers, data people, operators, designers — who want real ownership in real products. Not an internship. Not a side project. A stake in what we're creating.
See the Opportunity →Whether you're a potential client, a builder who wants to join the team, or someone who wants to understand what we're building — the door is open.
